2017年第三屆「亞洲會展獎」
2017年第三屆亞洲展覽會議協會聯盟「亞洲會展獎」得主揭曉 臺灣會展再傳捷報 亞洲展覽會議協會聯盟（AFECA）於9月5日至7日於高雄召開AFECA 2017年會，同期舉辦亞洲會展獎及亞洲會展青年競賽等活動，以表彰亞洲地區傑出之展覽、會議活動及會展人才。 今年AFECA 亞洲會展獎成功吸引來自11個國家或地區的35個會展業者報名角逐最佳專業展覽獎(Outstanding Trade Exhibition Awards)、最佳消費展覽獎(Outstanding Consumer Exhibition Awards)、最佳會議獎(Outstand Convention/Congress Awards)、最佳服務獎(Outstanding Service Awards)、最佳場館獎(Outstanding Venue Awards)以及AFECA傑出青年人才獎(AFECA Young Professional Awards)等六個獎項。 在此亞洲會展產業年度重要盛事中，臺灣會展業界獲得多項佳績，由外貿協會主辦的「台北國際自行車展覽會」，榮獲最佳專業展覽獎(Outstanding Trade Exhibition)第一名。揆眾展覽公司之漫畫博覽會獲得最佳消費展獎(Outstanding Consumer Exhibition Awards)第二名；威立顧問股份有限公司之亞太國際教育協會年會暨教育展則獲最佳會議獎(Outstand Convention/Congress Awards) 第一名。 以下為2017亞洲展覽會議協會聯盟亞洲會展獎得獎名單 : Outstanding Trade Exhibition: 1st Place : Taipei International Cycle Show (Taiwan External Trade Development Council, TAITRA)1st Place : The 15th Seoul Int’l Cafe Show (Cafe Show Seoul 2016) (Exporum Inc.)3rd Place : Guangzhou International Professional Light, Audio and Musical Instruments Exhibition(Abbreviated as Prolight + Sound Guangzhou, Music Guangzhou) (Guangdong International Science and Technology Exhibition Company, Messe Frankfurt(*Prolight + Sound Guangzhou is coorganised with Messe Frankfurt))3rd Place : "Indobuildtech Jakarta 2017" The 15th Exhibition of Building & Finishing Materials (PT Debindo-ITE) Outstanding Consumer Exhibition: 1st Place : Seoul International Young Children Education and Kidsfair (Educare & Kidsfair) (Sege Fairs)2nd Place : 2016 17th Comic Exhibition (Chinese Animation ＆ Comic Publishers Association Kuei Jung Exhibition Co., Ltd.)3rd Place : The 14th China (Hainan) International Auto Show (Hainan Gonghao International Exhibition Co.,Ltd) Outstanding Convention Award: 1st Place : Asia-Pacific Association for International Education Conference & Exhibition 2017 (APAIE) (Willy Event Consultants Co., LTD. 2017「AFECA亞洲會展青年競賽」
亞洲展覽會議協會聯盟（AFECA）於9月5日至6日於高雄展覽館召開AFECA 2017年會，同期舉辦亞洲會展獎及亞洲會展青年競賽等活動，以表彰亞洲地區傑出之展覽、會議活動及會展人才。 9月6日登場的第三屆「AFECA亞洲會展青年競賽(AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge)」，計有來自香港、澳門、馬來西亞、新加坡、泰國、臺灣及日本等亞洲14所大專院校學生參加，本會贊助之臺灣代表隊致理科技大學奪得冠軍，與馬來西亞Taylor's University並列冠軍。 AFECA亞洲青年競賽由AFECA主辦，該聯盟由來自亞洲18個國家地區的36個協會會員、96個企業會員及其他2個成員組成。AFECA係目前亞洲最重要的會展組織，透過AFECA可與全球其他區域的國際會展組織交流，是亞洲會展產業邁向國際的門戶。

2017年亞洲展覽會議協會聯盟年會
亞洲最重要國際會展組織之一「亞洲展覽會議協會聯盟(AFECA)」9月5日於高雄舉辦2017年會及系列活動，計有超過150來自亞洲各國會展人士參與，包含馬來西亞會展局、菲律賓旅遊局、新加坡旅遊局及泰國會展局等皆有派員參加。 本會葉明水理事長(亦為AFECA理事長)在會中特別感謝經濟部國際貿易局、高雄市政府及展覽會議公會會員先進之支持與贊助，使得年會能圓滿成功。 同日，AFECA與總部設在美國的另一重要國際會展組織「國際展覽暨活動協會」（IAEE）共同舉辦聯席會議，由AFECA理事長葉明水及IAEE 2018年主席當選人Daniel McKinnon共同主持，探討亞洲及美洲會展產業發展趨勢，會中也特別邀請新加坡新達成會展中心執行長Arun Madhok專題演講，分享展館營運管理之道，現場參與會展業者交流熱絡。 另今年AFECA年會與亞洲會展產業論壇(AMF)及IAEE聯席會議共同於高雄舉辦，來自全球之會展產業重量級人士齊聚一堂，大幅提升高雄國際知名度。9月6日AFECA也將在高雄展覽館舉辦「亞洲會展青年競賽」與「亞洲會展獎頒獎典禮」，並現場揭曉各項得獎名單。 AFECA是亞洲地區唯一由亞洲人自行籌組的國際會展組織，於2005年在新加坡正式成立，2006年9月在新加坡正式招開成立大會及第1屆年會，成立宗旨在於促進亞洲展覽及會議產業的發展，推廣並建立作業標準。 目前成員除台灣外，尚有新加坡、中國大陸、香港、馬來西亞、印尼、印度、日本、菲律賓、韓國、泰國等15國家/地區，在國際上已具亞洲會展產業代表性。
